Dear Members,
The forthcoming election of our Association’s Office Bearers is a significant occasion that enables every member to participate meaningfully in shaping the future of our community. We strongly urge all members to exercise their right to vote and ensure their voice is duly represented.
The election will be conducted on Sunday, 26th April, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a lunch break between 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM.
Each member will be issued three ballot papers, as outlined below:
- Ballot 1: President & Vice President
- Ballot 2: Secretary & Joint Secretary
- Ballot 3: Treasurer & Joint Treasurer
Separate ballot boxes will be placed in the Clubhouse and will be clearly marked for each category. Members are requested to deposit each ballot paper only in its designated box to ensure accuracy in counting.
Members are required to bring a valid Government-issued photo ID proof for verification at the time of voting.
Proxy voters must carry the same ID proof as specified in the submitted proxy form.
The Election Commission (EC) remains committed to upholding the highest standards of fairness, transparency, and confidentiality. Appropriate arrangements have been made to ensure privacy during voting, and access to the voting area will be duly regulated.
Members are requested to carefully follow the prescribed instructions to facilitate a smooth, orderly, and efficient voting process.
The EC team, supported by our young volunteers, will be present throughout the day to assist members and address any queries.
